Sabor’s exclusive culinary offerings include the Mosaique restaurant specializing in delectable oriental-international fusion cuisine, the Cacao lounge bar with its hip design, appetizing cocktails, and inviting atmosphere that makes for easy relaxation, and of course its unique daytime equivalent, Sabores, our refreshing swim up bar.

Mosaique Restaurant

This quaint restaurant is exclusively for our Sabor guests. It offers a la carte dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start supper with spring rolls stuffed with shrimp or beef sate, then choose an entrée such as a grouper fillet or honey crusted chicken. Be sure to save room for their signature tempura cheesecake— it’s not to be missed.

Dress Code:

Resort Casual:
Dress shorts or jeans. Swimwear must be covered. No bare feet.

Resort Evening:
Dress pants for men. Shirts with sleeves and collar. Dress shoes.

Cacao Lounge Bar

Located in the Sabor Section this is a sleek, modern lounge with a swim-up bar. Exclusively for guests booked into the Sabor Section, it’s a great choice for a midday Mia Tia.

Sabores Swim Up bar

This lounge bar is located next to the Mosaique restaurant in the Sabor Section and it exclusively for those guests.

And as if that weren’t enough, our guests can also enjoy all food and beverage facilities offered at the Garden Villa Section, iincluding La Isla buffet restaurant, El Marinero snack bar, our fine Italian restaurant Roberto’s, and our contemporary lounge bar Azul.
